There are few things that can go wrong when you’re running. You could get a cramp, your shoe could come untied at the very moment you get into the groove, sweat could get in your eyes, making it difficult to see. However, nothing is worse than when your phone dies or you forget your headphones, leaving you with only your heavy breathing to keep you going. Having a good playlist is key to having a good run. It has to keep you going when you think you can’t, and last through a warm up and a cool down. When I’m running I like to listen to a lot of songs, different genres, some chill, but mostly upbeat.
